Work With Me
Raw. Real. Recovered. is not a slogan. It is how I work.
Every engagement starts the same way: a free 15 minute call. You talk, I listen, and I tell you plainly whether I can help and what I would do first. No pressure and no sales script. If I am not the right fit, I will tell you who is.
How I Work
I counsel people working to get free of addiction. I coach families who love someone in it. I stand beside people as a sober companion through the moments that carry the most risk. I consult with recovery programs that want an operator’s eye, and I speak to rooms that need to hear it straight. Every one of those starts the same way, with a free 15 minute call.
On that call I listen first. Then I give you an honest read. If I can help, I will tell you what I would do first and what it will cost before we begin. If I am not the right fit, I will say that too, and I will help you find the level of care that fits instead. No pressure. No sales script. The call is free because the truth should not cost anything.
My standards are simple and they do not bend. I do not sell hope. I do not leave families out of the work, because the family is part of the recovery whether anyone names it or not. I will tell you the truth before I tell you what you want to hear. You will be treated as a person, never as a problem. What you share with me stays with me, with the standard legal exceptions every counselor follows.
Most people who reach out to me are stuck in the same three places. They do not know what the next step is. Their family keeps helping in ways that help the addiction instead. Or their program runs on good intentions and theory while the daily work slips. My process is built to cut straight through all three, with a plan you can say out loud and steps in an order that makes sense.

Common Questions
Where do you see clients?
I see people in person across the Piedmont region of North Carolina, and anywhere in North Carolina by video. If you live somewhere else, book a free call and we will talk about what is possible.
What happens on the free call?
We talk for 15 minutes about what you are dealing with. You get an honest read on what kind of support fits and what your next step could be. There is no pressure to book anything.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Everything you share stays between us, with the standard legal exceptions every counselor follows, such as risk of serious harm to yourself or others.
Do I have to be sober already to start?
No. You do not have to hit rock bottom or be clean on day one. If you are thinking about change, that is enough to start the conversation.
